Terms & Conditions For Sale

1. Commission Fees

1. Amazeshop shall charge a commission fee of 15% on every sale made through the Amazeshop platform.
2. The commission fee shall be deducted from the sale price of the product before the remaining amount is paid to the Vendor.
3. The commission fee is non-negotiable and shall be paid by the Vendor for every sale made through the Amazeshop platform.

2. Payment Terms

1. Amazeshop shall pay the Vendor the sale price of the product minus the commission fee within [7] days of receipt of payment from the customer.
2. Payment shall be made to the Vendor’s designated bank account or payment method.
3. The Vendor shall be responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with the payment.

3. Taxes & Duties

1. The Vendor shall be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties on the sale of their products.
2. Amazeshop shall not be responsible for paying any taxes or duties on behalf of the Vendor.

4. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through [Email/Whatsapp/Recorded cellular Communication].
2. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve any disputes that may arise.

5. Governing Law

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Africa].
2. The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of [South Africa] for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

By using the Amazeshop platform, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

AMAZESHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
